In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the bpxchi platform at bpxchi.net, creating a bpxchi account, or placing any wager or bet through the bpxchi Services, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing and using the bpxchi platform. Your continued use of bpxchi.net following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms as of their effective date.

This Agreement is entered into between you and bpxchi as of the date you first register an account or otherwise access the bpxchi Services, whichever is earlier. bpxchi reserves the right to require re-acceptance of these Terms at any time by presenting them for review upon account login.

To be eligible to register and maintain a bpxchi account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering and using the account solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any bpxchi employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest;
• You are not excluded from online gambling by virtue of a self-exclusion request previously submitted to bpxchi;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
• The use of online gambling services is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence; and
• All information you provide to bpxchi during registration and at any time thereafter is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Age Verification: bpxchi conducts mandatory KYC verification before processing any withdrawal from a player's account. Verification requires submission of a clear photograph of both sides of the player's valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), together with a live selfie. bpxchi may suspend a player's withdrawal rights at any time pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and funds returned after verification of the true account holder's identity.

4.1 Registration. To access the bpxchi Services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. bpxchi reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account where information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered bpxchi account. The existence of multiple accounts in the same name, with the same CNIC, at the same household IP address, or under different names for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpxchi account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bpxchi will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify bpxchi immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Account Inactivity. A bpxchi account that has not been accessed or had any transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bpxchi reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration charge to dormant accounts in accordance with published rates, provided that the applicable account balance is not zero. Players will receive advance notice before any inactivity charge is applied.

5.1 Deposits. bpxchi accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. All deposits are credited to the player's Real Money Balance. bpxchi does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the same name as the bpxchi account.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. bpxchi charges zero fees on all PKR withdrawal transactions. USDT TRC20 withdrawals may be subject to applicable blockchain network fees which are disclosed at the time of transaction. bpxchi aims to process JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may not be processed until the player's bpxchi account has completed KYC verification in full. Any bonus balance or wagering requirement in progress must be addressed in accordance with Section 6 before related funds become withdrawable. bpxchi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests as required by its AML obligations, which may result in processing delays pending investigation.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. bpxchi operates in full compliance with international AML standards. bpxchi reserves the right to request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds deposited into a player's account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions and reporting to applicable regulatory authorities.

6.1 General. bpxchi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each individual offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's bpxchi account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagers placed using bonus funds are not available for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and any bet-size restrictions are stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. bpxchi operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gambling intent, collusion between players to share or distribute bonus winnings, and the use of automated betting systems in conjunction with bonus play. Where bpxchi determines that abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and close the account.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. bpxchi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to participating players. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use at the time of modification.

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games, slot titles, poker, and jackpot bingo offerings on the bpxchi platform are sourced from providers holding valid B2B gaming certifications and are subject to regular independent fairness audits. Certified random number generators (RNGs) are used in all non-live game outcomes. Live casino outcomes are conducted by trained dealers under independently monitored studio conditions.

7.2 Bet Settlement. Sports bets placed on the bpxchi sportsbook are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Settlement rules for individual markets are available within the bpxchi sportsbook interface. In the event of any system error in bet settlement, bpxchi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Decisions on void bets and settlement disputes are final subject to the complaints process in Section 13.

7.3 Insufficient Funds. bpxchi will not permit a wager to be placed where the player's Real Money Balance is insufficient to cover the stake. Attempting to circumvent this through the use of multiple concurrent sessions is prohibited.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of any game or bet, bpxchi reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the applicable stake to the player's account. bpxchi is not liable for any inconvenience caused by technical failures that are outside its reasonable control.

8.1 Player Obligations. Players are responsible for monitoring and managing their own gambling behaviour. bpxchi strongly encourages all players to set and maintain deposit limits, session time budgets, and loss limits appropriate to their personal financial circumstances.

8.2 Available Tools. bpxchi provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the player's account dashboard at no cost:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits;
• Session time reminder notifications at player-defined intervals;
• PKR loss limits across any defined time period;
• Cooling-off periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to ninety (90) days;
• Full account self-exclusion, effective immediately upon request and irrevocable for the stated exclusion period;
• Reality check notifications displaying current session duration and net result.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. A player who activates self-exclusion on their bpxchi account will be prevented from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. bpxchi will not accept any request to reverse or shorten an active self-exclusion period. Upon expiry of a self-exclusion, bpxchi may require the player to re-confirm eligibility before account access is restored.

8.4 Interaction with At-Risk Players. bpxchi reserves the right to contact a player if the platform's responsible gaming monitoring systems identify behaviour patterns indicative of problem gambling. bpxchi also reserves the right to impose cooling-off periods or account restrictions on players identified as at-risk, without advance notice, as a protective measure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpxchi platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account on bpxchi;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the bpxchi platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other competitive game;
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or make game decisions;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the bpxchi platform for financial gain;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your bpxchi account through your payment provider;
• Accessing bpxchi from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law without bpxchi's prior written authorisation;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your bpxchi account by any third party, including family members;
• Any conduct that bpxchi reasonably determines to be disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other players, bpxchi staff, or the integrity of the platform.

bpxchi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found or reasonably suspected to be engaged in prohibited activity and to withhold any balance pending investigation and applicable legal proceedings.

All content on the bpxchi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and game content, is the property of bpxchi or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bpxchi trademark, trade name, and logo are proprietary to bpxchi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bpxchi platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any bpxchi content without the prior written consent of bpxchi.

Any software provided to you in connection with the bpxchi Services is provided solely for your personal use in connection with those Services. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any bpxchi software.

11.1 The bpxchi Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpxchi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 bpxchi does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bpxchi is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the bpxchi platform.

11.3 bpxchi's total aggregate liability to any player under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bpxchi account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes bpxchi's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your bpxchi account at any time by contacting the bpxchi support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be withdrawn to your verified payment method after completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Termination by bpxchi. bpxchi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached this Agreement, engaged in prohibited activity, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required by applicable regulatory obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, all licences granted to you under this Agreement are immediately revoked. Any accrued rights and obligations of either party as of the date of termination shall survive termination of this Agreement.

13.1 Initial Contact. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the bpxchi Services, you must first contact the bpxchi support team via live chat or by email at the address stated in Section 16. Please provide a clear description of the issue, your account username, and any supporting transaction references. bpxchi aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint at the initial support level, you may escalate the matter in writing to bpxchi's compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer within ten (10) business days.

13.3 Dispute Deadline. Any claim or dispute arising from a specific transaction, bet, or game outcome must be submitted to bpxchi within thirty (30) days of the date of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this deadline may not be entertained.

bpxchi reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to players by posting an updated version at bpxchi.net/terms-conditions and, where practicable, by notice on the platform dashboard upon the player's next login. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the updated document.

Your continued use of the bpxchi Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your bpxchi account before the effective date of the amendment and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with Section 12.1.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bpxchi holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process in Section 13.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
